Debbie is Clydesdale Bank’s Group Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Director, having joined the Board in 2014, overseeing the bank’s operations and IT, establishing a Customer Trust and Confidence division that focused the organisation’s culture, processes and behaviours on delivering better outcomes for customers. Debbie will be joining us in session two, delving into the new open-banking ecosystem.
