As Head of Customer Innovation at CYBG, David is responsible for helping the company stay ahead of innovation in the retail, finance and SME space. He was at the forefront of the development and launch of the company’s B proposition, as well as the lead for new spaces such as the award winning Studio B in London and the soon to open B Works in Manchester. David is incredibly passionate about finding new ways to help customers take control of their money and have more fun.
