Daniel Jonas is Head of Research and Innovation at Pay.UK, spearheading the Deep Insights programme which underpins our strategic decision-making. He is a specialist in driving technological and organisational change in complex industrial and societal “systems of systems”, with a long history of involvement in Critical National Infrastructure. Daniel is also involved in a number of civil society initiatives to counter extremism, bigotry, hate speech and the marginalisation of women and minorities, both as a trustee of the counter-extremism charity Nahamu and a Fellow of the “radical centre” thinktank, Radix.
