Since coming to the UK from his native France over 20 years ago, Christophe has been working in software sales roles across a variety of vendors, from IBM to Oracle as well as a Dutch-based chatbot start-up and Wolfram, the computing software company. Christophe has many years of experience in helping businesses deploy industry-leading SaaS-based Customer Experience solutions that enhance their digital offering and improve the way customers do business with them.
Christophe joined Smart Communications in April 2020 to develop SmartIQ in the EMEA region, working with existing customers like KPMG and partners like OneSpan to digitise, simplify and automate the way companies collect and process information to improve their digital customer experience.
