Christian has 20 years of experience working in the financial industry, mainly within the areas of business development, open innovation and strategic partnerships.  He currently holds the role as Head of Innovation in SpareBank1 Østlandet. The SpareBank1 Alliance is the second largest financial group in Norway. Prior to this Christian worked more than 10 years in Nordic roles within SEB.  Christian holds a Masters Degree in International Business Strategy and Management from BI Norwegian School of Business, Leeds Metropolitan University/Leeds Business School and London South Bank University. He has completed post graduate executive programs at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) within digitalization and digital transformation.  He also holds various board positions and was one of the co-authors of the largest textbook on innovation in Norway (Innovasjonsboka 2023).
