Chris Hunter joined N26 in 2020 as the Global Head of Executive & Business Recruiting. He’s responsible for scaling the senior leadership teams at the Mobile Bank, with a focus on recruitment across multiple business functions, including marketing, people, operations, legal, and banking. 
 
With over 15 years of experience in recruitment, Chris joined N26 while being the director of Ringham Hunter, a mission-first talent company with a focus on the technology sector. Prior, he co-founded Motif, a project management software, providing a collaborative platform for the town planning industry. 
 
Fundamental to his leadership style and approach, Chris believes in a people-first approach. He is a passionate believer in having a hands-on approach, wanting to be at the forefront of industry changes and innovation. He holds a Bachelor of English Literature from the Royal Holloway, University of London.
