Charleen leads the central Fintech & Partnerships team at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). The team sits within a wider Innovation team and focuses on enabling fintech partnering across LBG.

Charleen has 16 years experience within the financial services industry, having previously worked at the government department National Savings & Investments and Atos, a global leader in Digital Transformation. Charleen’s roles have centred around improving the customer experience, building end to end digital customer journeys and driving new innovative product propositions.
