His experience includes over 10 years in Financial Services with mbna|Bank of America and Co-op Bank and more recently leading CX transformation and impact sourcing programmes with Webhelp for international clients. His experience includes living and working in United Kingdom, South Africa and India, leading international cross-functional teams to build sourcing and transformation strategies.
