An 18-year payments veteran, Balaji’s interests lie in business process transformation, digital delivery and fulfilment of services. He is currently Head of Asia Payments and Receivables at ANZ, with responsibility for new product development, segmentation and go-to-market strategies, for payments, cash management and electronic banking services in Asia-Pacific. He has previously held product, solutions and implementation roles at Citi and Deutsche Bank. He also holds an MBA and Masters in Software services.
