Chief Experience Manager, SpareBank 1

Anne is Chief Experience Manager at SpareBank 1

As a user experience designer and Lean UX enthusiast, her work focuses on how cross functional teams can collaborate to make valuable services and products for end users ensuring business value at the same time.

Anne started working at SpareBank 1 in early 2016 after 10 years as UX Lead consultant. Her portfolio includes a broad spectre of clients from industries ranging from E-commerce solutions for hotels, to the collaboration platform for the Norwegian Parlament.

Passionate about user centric design process, she engages in public speaking and she is also the jury leader for Norways leading Design and Architecture award – “Merket Nykommer” for the 3rd year running, hoping to motivate and spread her knowledge of how this approach can be a game changer.

Now working for Norways second largest bank, in a highly regulated industry in Scandinavia also known for being a bit of a digital late bloomer, she has help built a design department from the bottom. Determined to stay relevant and to deliver real value to end users , she has defined a user centric vision for the enterprise, changing the culture by leading the organisation to work in a much more Lean start up Way.
By also changing the ratio for UX:Dev from 1:20 to 1:5, the organisation is now learning to embrace change and creating meaningful products and services for our customers.

Anne is committed to developing new business models for SpareBank 1, realising new concepts where user research is key and continuously part of the build, measure, learn process, resulting in more innovative products, bringing real value to users by helping them oversee and manage their everyday finance.
