Andy has helped UK retail banks deliver integrated digital transformation, new remote advisor solutions and shape core banking replacements.

Andy has led large Agile programmes and helped financial institutions introduce agile ways of working from their first experiments, through multiple teams in the UK, and then to teams distributed across the world.
