Andrew is Head of Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk for Atom Bank – a digital financial company and challenger bank.  Andrew joined Atom in 2014, ahead of its authorisation and launch in 2016 offering customers savings, business loans and residential mortgages.  The Atom app is at the heart of a bank which has no branch network.  Atom has grown quickly, and will continue to expand its range of products and services to provide a genuine alternative to the established banks in the UK.  Andrew has spent over 20 years in finance, the majority of which has been in risk management.
