Aman joined Salesforce last year as a Customer Transformation Senior Director. She supports the Financial Services sales team as a trusted industry advisor, shaping the go-to-market strategy, building partnerships across strategic accounts and driving our social agenda on financial inclusion and ESG strategies.
With over 10 years financial services industry experience in operational, compliance and customer experience roles, Aman has worked with a variety of financial organisations from large incumbent banks to smaller start-ups. Her most recent role was at Monzo Bank, where she was immersed in the dynamic scale up of the organisation, gaining lots of insight into the transformation that digital innovation can bring, and real life challenges facing startup FinTechs.
Aman is passionate about delivering great customer experience through digital innovation, helping the most vulnerable and championing diversity and inclusion.
She is London-based, loves traveling and exploring new places, and spending quality time with her nearest and dearest.
