For over 20 years Ali has worked passionately in the financial services industry, put together and managed teams across the globe, created and executed high growth strategies across jurisdictions and cultures, led from the front and helped grow businesses by leading change in a world that has moved from paper to screens taking along with it the way we conduct business.

Ali is currently the Regional Managing Director for Q2 and previously acted as the Head of Foreign Banks at KPMG and prior to that spent some 15 years in senior leadership roles across the globe with HSBC and ANZ. Ali is also on the Admissions Committee for the National Stock Exchange of Australia and holds Board positions for start-ups in the working capital finance and lowcode tech space.

In his spare time Ali is an avid Pizzaiolo with his own built wood fire pizza oven.
