By Public Transport
From O’Hare International Airport (ORD):
- Take the Blue Line ‘L’ train from O’Hare toward Forest Park.
- Exit at Washington Station and walk about 10 minutes east to the hotel.
- Alternatively, transfer at Clark/Lake to the Green or Orange Line, exit at State/Lake, and walk 5 minutes.
From Midway International Airport (MDW):
- Take the Orange Line ‘L’ train toward the Loop.
- Exit at State/Lake Station and walk 5 minutes east to the hotel.
By Metra Train:
- If arriving via Metra, Union Station (served by multiple regional lines) is a 20-minute walk or a short taxi/ride-share trip.
By Bus:
- Several CTA buses stop near the hotel, including routes 20, 60, 124, and 151.
- The closest bus stop is Columbus & South Water.
By Car
- From O’Hare International Airport: ~35–45 minutes via I-90 E.
- From Midway International Airport: ~25–35 minutes via I-55 N.

By Foot
- The hotel is centrally located in Chicago’s Lakeshore East neighborhood.

- Pack your laptop, tablet and smartphone, so you’re always connected to what will be happening on the day
At the conference
- Arrive early. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the conference starts, so you can check-in, print your badge, get familiar with the program and enjoy the morning refreshments.
- Get social. As soon as your arrive, we encourage you to share your experiences online. Use the #MLNA25 on all social media – we’d love to hear from you.
- Download the networking app. While you can access it on a laptop, we recommend you download the app on a tablet or mobile device, so that you can easily be kept up-to-date on when you have meetings coming up or when you have a new meeting request.
- Go to your meetings. We’ve partnered with the networking app Grip, so make sure you check the app regularly throughout the day in order to make all your scheduled meetings! There will be a dedicated Networking Zone, to make it as easy as possible for you to meet your best possible connections.
- We’re here to help you. Should you have any questions on the day, do speak to an event representative at any point throughout the event days.

- Log back in to the networking app. This is where any conversations you have will remain open, until you no longer need them.
