Erik Van Bramer
As head of National Sales and Customer Relations, Erik Van Bramer is responsible for setting and implementing the strategy for managing the relationships and financial services offerings for financial institutions across the Federal Reserve System.
Prior to assuming his current role, Erik held multiple national sales roles of increasing responsibility within the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Customer Relations and Support Office (CRSO). Erik was promoted to assistant vice president and national account executive in 2010. He was promoted to vice president in 2014 with responsibility for leading the group which managed the relationships for the large and complex financial institutions. In 2018 Erik was appointed Senior Vice President and National Sales Director.
Erik started his Fed career as a financial services analyst in 1998 with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and transitioned to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in 2005.
Education
Erik holds a bachelor’s degree from The Colorado College and has done additional graduate studies at The Lake Forest Graduate School of Business and obtained his graduate certificate from the Graduate School of Banking at The University of Colorado.

Originally a Commercial Banker, Helene is an Associate Director with the Centre for Digital Banking and Finance in LIBF, an experienced FinTech Programme Director, exited entrepreneur, educator and author. Her career boasts a number of ‘firsts’, including the creation of the FinTech Scale Colab Programme for Rainmaking, the Inaugural Programme of Education and Events for Innovate Finance, the FinTech on the Entrepreneurship Masters’ for UCL. Board and advisory roles include the Spanish digital identity scale up, Biid, the UK safeguarding RegTech, Kalgera, and the SME payments company, TomatoPay. Helene was named on the Computer Weekly 100 Women in Tech Award, the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Power List, and the Fintech Magazine 100 Women in Fintech list. She was also part of the FCA 2020 Data Sprint on SME Lending, and the recipient of the FT/Google Digital Pioneer Award. Her new book ‘Reinventing Banking & Finance: Frameworks to navigate global fintech innovation’ (Kogan) came out in November 2020, and was named the number one banking book for 2021 by Investopedia.

He has served in several roles within Synechron since joining in October 2018 and, as an engineer by trade, he has delivered an array of successful technology programs. He is a technology and Artificial Intelligence specialist with more than 20 years of experience within the global financial services/technology industry.

Jody brings deep operating experience in financial services – managing direct channels, launching digital ventures, and leading digital transformation programs. He was previously a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he helped financial institutions define and execute digital transformation programs to drive customer growth and operating efficiency. Jody also served in senior digital operating roles at U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, and Providian. In these positions, he led digital sales and service functions and direct to consumer businesses to deliver organic growth and enhanced customer experience. Jody has an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Computer Engineering from The University of Michigan.

Chris Howell is a Vice President of Business Solutions Group in Temenos; with over 20 years of experience in technology focused on consumer engagement, Chris specializes in onboarding and origination at Temenos and helps banks and credit unions grow through customer acquisition. Chris has worked with several startups – QLink Technologies (acquired by Adobe Systems), a company focused on intelligent forms powered by workflow, and Avoka Technologies, a customer experience platform acquired by Temenos that helps FI’s create differentiated onboarding journeys.
